About GI Julie Boot Camp


GI Julie Boot Camp is a residential week long course running high intensity physically-challenging training courses in the North East of Scotland. Your body will be put through its paces doing things that you’d never thought possible. You will be pushing yourself to reach personal goals that you thought were impossible to achieve. You will probably find this to be the most challenging thing you have ever done and likely to do again!

 

Please note, you will NOT be forced to do things you find beyond your capabilty; you will be deeply encouraged but never forced.

 If you need to shed some pounds and get back into shape then GI Julie Boot camp is the ideal place to start. We aim to quick-start your fitness regime and get you back on the road to fitness.

 

Being here with others will give you the kick start you have been looking for. All week you will be doing fun and exciting exercises that will keep you motivated and happy to be working out.

 

Our war game is not like any other you may have seen or played; this activity is a totally fun form of shedding those pounds and firming up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your Physical Training


OK, this is NOT for the faint hearted! During your week at GI Julie Boot Camp your body will do things that you never thought possible. Many activities you will be asked to do will push you physically and also mentally.

 

No-one will force you to do anything that you are uncomfortable doing. However, you will find that you find yourself completely amazed at what you actually can personally achieve with the correct guidance and support.

 

The training regime along with the healthy balanced diet has been carefully designed; together they cannot fail to kick start you into a totally new way of life and give you a solid foundation of changing your life for good!

Our emphasis here at GI Julie Boot Camp is on fun. We never want anyone to feel they are doing boring exercises so we aim to laugh and enjoy the whole week. Laughter is a great gut buster and is the perfect mixture with a good workout.

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

 

When you arrive you will be shown to your ensuite bedroom. Exercise starts at 1 o'clock the day you arrive (Saturday).

We will gather for a group chat and any questions will be answered and then the week will begin.

 

What happens after that is up to us LOL

GI Julie Boot Camp works in one hour sessions. This will keep you interested and motivated. Once you reach your hour you will change activity. Some of what you will be doing are:-
